are Singaporean, PR, or individuals with existing dependent pass have GCE 'O' Level Certification (minimum 5 'O' with at least a credit in English subject possess good verbal and written English are able to converse, read, write/type and teach in Mandarin/Chinese, as a part of the program are comfortable in work environments requiring flexibility in working with other nationalities possess a positive work attitude and initiative with the ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively and provide assistance as a part of their work team possess strong skills and experience with work-related technology applications, ie..word, outlook, powerpoint, and the interest and ability to learn new applications
