About the Position

The Superintendent/Groundskeeper (Live-In or Live-Out Float Position) is responsible to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and curb appeal of all assigned properties. This role is essential in ensuring all grounds, outdoor spaces, and common areas are well‑maintained, presentable, and safe for residents and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine groundskeeping duties across all assigned properties
• Support with light landscaping duties as needed
• Ongoing site upkeep between contractor visits, including maintaining cleanliness, tidiness, and overall curb appeal of all assigned properties including removal of furniture and debris from outdoor areas
