Job Description
**Purpose and Scope:**
On the Kennedy Propellants and Life Support Services (KPLSS II) program on Kennedy Space Center (KSC) FL, supervise and direct activities of Propellant/Pneumatic mechanics on second shift performing the operational and maintenance requirements of the KPLSS II Propellants organization. Responsible for applicable contract requirements to include planning, staffing, training, inventory management, policy adherence and procedural direction. Ensure compliance with Federal, State, NASA and Space Force regulations.
**Essential Responsibilities:**
1. On second shift, plan and monitor Propellant/Pneumatic shop, field and office activities and methods.
2. Respond to inquiries, investigate, and resolve issues and technical concerns internally and with external customers.
3. Perform functional and safety analysis of maintenance and or operator training for equipment and processes.
