Summary:

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading floor operations to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient handling of products. This role will drive adherence to customer SLAs, optimize processes for higher productivity, and ensure complete customer satisfaction with zero error dispatch and robust inventory control. The supervisor will act as a single point of contact for all inbound and outbound operations while ensuring product & temperature integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise floor teams to achieve operational KPIs and customer SLAs consistently.

• Efficient handling and monitoring of temperature-sensitive (Frozen & Chilled) products during inward and outward movements.
