Position Summary
The Composites Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations within the composites department, ensuring production goals are achieved while maintaining strict adherence to aerospace quality standards, safety requirements, and customer specifications. This role leads a team of composite technicians and supports continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
