Job Profile Summary

Responsible for laboratory operations in a defined clinical testing discipline of the Core Laboratory within the Advocate Health enterprise. Ensures that laboratory operations run at peak performance by driving optimization of resources, financial performance, growth, safety, teammate engagement, and quality. Maintains strong collaboration and relationships with internal laboratory leaders and Advocate business partners to align with corporate strategies, initiatives, processes, and procedures.
