Description The incumbent is responsible to oversee daily cross-border freight operations between Singapore and regional markets. The role is responsible for coordinating transportation, customs clearance, shipment tracking, compliance, and operational performance while ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery for customers.
- Supervise daily cross-border freight forwarding operations.
- Managing the daily, end-to-end road freight operations, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring cross-border truck movements.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute cross-border road freight shipments for both FTL and LTL with the objective of optimizing routes, schedules, and cargo loads to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Liaise and coordinate with transporters, drivers, and warehouse team for pickup and delivery arrangements.
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation (e.g., permits, invoices, packing lists, customs declarations).
