SUMMARY
Primary duty is to provide assistance to the Branch Manager in the day-to-day operations of the Niagara Falls branch during night and weekend shifts
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Set up shipments for importing across all modes of transport using SWI/IIDTroubleshoot rejects for all branches after hours and on weekends should they occurManage and approve vacation time and scheduling team members accordingly to shiftsAssist operators with questions regarding clearances, CBSA related issues, and any other inquiries that are brought forwardConstantly check on workflow and confirmation of entries, when dueAdhere to all Standard operating Procedures and Polices set in place by the department and organizationIdentify tasks that require special handling, recommend process improvements, and implement resolutions within assigned scope of responsibility...
