+ Manage and provide daily support of the Launch Hardware Fabrication team:


+ Support diverse team of fabrication technicians who specialize in a very broad range of projects and skills

+ Ensure all employees are trained and competent on required tools and equipment

+ Ensure employees have the necessary resources, product, tools and/or equipment

+ Assess employee performance providing positive and constructive feedback, conflict resolution, address performance issues with corrective actions in performance improvement plans or through disciplinary actions
