The Field Service Supervisor manages a staff of Reactive Technicians. Responsibilities include providing superior mechanical equipment service to Cold Drink outlets within an assigned geography, assuring the highest level of soft drink quality possible. This position determines work schedules, identifies and initiates training programs, monitor employee performance, and ensure process and procedures are being followed.
