**Major Responsibilities**

+ Execute a wide range of technical tasks—including mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, generator repair, and resolution of complex issues—while managing sensitive technical interactions with customers and contractors.

+ Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of generators both during normal working hours and after-hours, weekends, and holidays as directed.

+ Act as the first-line technical resource for technicians.
