Shepard Exposition Services is seeking a Supervisor, Graphics Production to oversee the end-to-end production of graphics for trade shows, exhibitions, and corporate events. This role ensures that all graphics meet Shepard’s quality standards, are delivered on time, and align with client specifications.

Key Contributions of the Role

+ Recruit, train, and supervise Graphics Production Associates to ensure optimal staffing levels and efficient use of labor eliminating overtime, if possible.

+ Conduct annual performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and professional development.

+ Implement and enforce Shepard’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices.

+ Attend operations and event planning meetings and provide accurate updates and recommendations.
