**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

As our Supervisor Laboratory Services, you will Supervise laboratory personnel and operations to ensure compliance and quality in accordance with laboratory work process.

Every day you will exercises authority over personnel decisions and is responsible for the technical and scientific oversight of the clinical laboratory department.

To be successful in this role, you must

+ Supervise, coache, and review the performance of laboratory personnel to ensure adherence to relevant policies and ethics
+ Oversee designated laboratory day-to-day operations and exercises authority over personnel decisions
+ Analyze and interpret laboratory results in accordance with established laboratory work processes
