Job Description
1. POSITION SUMMARY - Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales goals, monitoring expenses and consistently provide customers with the highest level of service.
- To provide supervision assistance where and when necessary in the Store.
- To take an active role in maximizing sales – individual vs store sales target.
- Maintain inventory integrity – minimize stock losses & insure monthly (& daily if necessary) stock counts.
- Foster a positive, engaging and ethical working environment.
2. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS: - Achieve individual sales and store sales target.
- Achieve high service standards as per Mystery Shopper score card.
- Achieve high retail standard & customer registration targets as per score card.
- Inventory Integrity, managing stock losses and conducting stock counts.
- Personal Development, including E Learning.
