Supervisor – Order Fulfilment
In this role you will manage the full order fulfilment process, ensuring high service levels, efficient warehouse operations and excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor Service Desk Plus SLA for dock‑to‑stock, ensuring 98% supply ratio and adherence to sea freight (5 days) and air freight (2 days) delivery requirements.
- Manage POD (Proof of Delivery) requests, provide first‑line support and track spare part lead times.
- Expedite spare part orders, prioritise rush orders, investigate alternative sourcing to improve lead times, and manage back‑orders.
- Attend weekly back‑order reporting meetings and support related decision making.
- Maintain accurate records of customer proposals, order capturing and order confirmations; review client T&C’s and align with company T&C’s.
