Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) standards
- Manage inventory, costs, opening/closing procedures, and cashiering systems
- Implement promotions, local store marketing, and proper merchandising
- Schedule, train, supervise, and evaluate store staff
- Handle employee concerns and enforce company policies
- Prepare operational reports and support new store openings
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, HRM, or related course
- At least 1–2 years of supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet operational targets
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
