Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) standards
  • Manage inventory, costs, opening/closing procedures, and cashiering systems
  • Implement promotions, local store marketing, and proper merchandising
  • Schedule, train, supervise, and evaluate store staff
  • Handle employee concerns and enforce company policies
  • Prepare operational reports and support new store openings

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, HRM, or related course
  • At least 1–2 years of supervisory or leadership experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet operational targets
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
