Job Description

Role Summary
Negotiate and approve domestic and international purchases.
Supervise site imports and exports (through the Site Traffic Analyst).
Manage the development of strategic suppliers for the company (with support from Category Managers).
Be responsible for special projects designed to expand the Site’s operational capacity.
Ensure compliance with the Site’s annual Savings and OTD (On-Time Delivery) targets.
Prepare monthly reports required by Regional Supply Chain Management.
Search for, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers (with support from Category Managers).
Lead and control the activities of the department’s personnel.
Ensure compliance with the purchasing procedure.
Comply with the parameters established by the company’s Integrated Management System.
Coordinate services with national and international external suppliers and negotiate costs.
