Role Summary

Supervising the Rider Integrity & Special Projects for UAE to improve the compliance across the fleet & enhance logistics performance. Taking the lead in improving processes performance compliance and maximising integrity of riders related to delivery operations with a data based approach whilst coordinating with City Logistics teams. Also managing various special projects with good cross functional collaboration and the ability to manage the stakeholders at various levels in the company.

• Oversee rider integrity at the country level ensuring exemplary rider behavior in all public-facing interactions.
• Consolidate data from all emirates and present national-level summaries including weekly updates on project progress rider behaviour and customer feedback.
