Role Purpose

About this opportunity

Yarra Trams requires a Supervisor FA3 Rolling Stock Projects to support the implementation of the various Rolling Stock projects packages of work and manage & coach trade staff in the delivery of the works. Reporting to the Depot Operation Manager, Rolling Stock Projects and based at East Preston this role will perform the following:

• Provide input to designs, drawings; technical documentation and testing procedures for the projects
• Ensure components installed onto the tram meet the Work instruction & SOW expectations
• Have strong focus on service quality and results including both safety and stakeholder engagement
• Support documentation development and ensure handover & maintenance training is fully applied to all key activities
• Optimise build aspects of the projects and propose efficient design and solutions
