Supervisor (Rubidium Assembly Department)

+ Uniondale, NY
+ + J-STD-001 Certified, wiring/soldering (S-level a plus)

+ 5-10 years experience soldering/assembly of surface mount components (including fine pitch), through-hole components and chassis wiring under a microscope in production environment with knowledge of standard manufacturing tools.

+ Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, written instructions, wiring lists and discuss work related issues.

+ Experience as a “front line” leader, working directly with individual contributors in various roles.

+ Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and strengthen our culture of inclusion.
