JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for managing the preventative and corrective maintenance performed on all audio, video, film and laser equipment throughout the resort. Manages all labor resources within the Show Systems department and ensures safe work practices while conducting maintenance tasks.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Responsible for and directs best practices for performing preventative and corrective maintenance on all audio, video, film, and laser equipment resort wide. Updates various processes for the department, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness of the preventative maintenance system, troubleshooting processes, and corrective maintenance tasks.

+ Manages the planning and scheduling process of the shift in accordance with departmental policies. Supports the Ride Reliability Team and demonstrates the ability to develop and execute action plans to prevent the recurrence of downtimes as they pertain to audio, video, film and laser equipment.
