Job Description
Responsibilities - Supervise and coordinate daily site operations and construction activities
- Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed on schedule
- Ensure all workers comply with workplace safety regulations and company procedures
- Conduct site inspections and resolve site-related issues
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Plan manpower deployment and monitor workers’ performance
- Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment on site
- Prepare daily site reports and update work progress
- Attend site meetings and communicate project requirements to workers
