Job Description
Responsibilities - Supervise daily restaurant operations and service staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness, food hygiene, and safety standards.
- Train, guide, and monitor staff performance.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
- Manage staff scheduling and daily workflow.
- Monitor inventory and assist with stock control.
Requirements - Minimum 2 years of F&B supervisory experience.
