Key Responsibilities - Supervise, coordinate, and monitor site work progress to ensure quality and efficiency
- Identify and resolve on-site issues with main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Report site matters and work progress to the Project Director and Project Manager
- Manage project documentation, material requisitions, cost control, supervision, and work schedules
- Ensure compliance with WSH regulations and safety procedures, and maintain proper housekeeping standards
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
