Job Description
Key Responsibilities - Production Oversight: Directs daily manufacturing operations, schedules, and workflows for assembling new robotic systems.
- Maintenance & Repair Management: Oversees in-house technicians performing debugs, troubleshooting, servicing, and refurbishment of robots.
- Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensures compliance with safety standards and conducts audits to maintain high-quality outputs.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Identifies and resolves issues with servo motors, sensors, and controllers.
- Team Leadership: Manages, mentors, and schedules technical teams to ensure 24/7 capacity or tight production timelines.
