I. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Prepares, calculates and files the Company’s tax returns for the following: income tax, documentary stamp tax, withholding taxes, value added tax, real property tax and other applicable taxes
• Coordinates with other teams for the different tax schedules, reconciliations and computations to be used in the preparation of tax returns
• Reviews the following tax computations and returns of the affiliated companies: income tax, withholding taxes, value-added tax and other applicable taxes
• Ensures that the tax returns of the Company and other affiliates are filed correctly and on time and in accordance with statutory regulations
• Reviews monthly EMPZ report and withholding tax certificates issued to vendors
• Prepares and files annual PEZA reports on a timely basis
• Assists Manager - Tax in the review of tax provision of contracts and agreements
