Job Description
Summary This position is in the Office of Appeals, Division of Enforcement Litigation. The incumbent serves as a Supervisory Attorney under the general supervision of the Director of the Office of Appeals (SES) and the Deputy Director (GS-15). The Office of Appeals is concerned with the review of all appeals to the General Counsel from Regional Directors' dismissals of unfair labor practice charges filed in the agency's regional offices. Responsibilities As a Supervisory General Attorney (Labor) (Supervisory Appeals Attorney), GS-0905-15, your typical work assignments may include: Supervising and/or conducting specially assigned analytical and research projects and directing the preparation of reports and recommendations to the General Counsel relating to special problem areas or the overall administration of the appeals function.
