Responsibilities: Support automation and digitalisation initiatives within supply chain and logistics operations Develop and maintain automation workflows using UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, or similar tools Assist in improving operational processes through AI, reporting, and workflow automation Work closely with operations, supply chain, and technology teams to gather business requirements Support solution testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and user support activities Build dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools Analyse operational and ERP data to identify trends and process improvement opportunities Support KPI tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives Maintain proper documentation and support processes for automation solutions Participate in project discussions and coordinate follow-up actions to ensure smooth execution
