What are the Roles and Responsibilities?

• Participates in Plant Mancom meetings as Finance business partners enabling ISC Operations make timely and actionable decisions and achieve OKRs and TMC Targets
• Analyze the Total Manufacturing cost (TMC), fixed manufacturing expenses (FME), and Plant, Warehouse and Distribution Centers OPEX.
• Timely and accurate preparation with explanation on the various management and financial reporting requirement of Plant Finance, not limited to MPR, TMC, OPEX, Savings.
• Participates in Budget preparation of Financial Plan. Ensures the accuracy of the annual budget of TMC and FME of the Plant from submission to uploading in SAP. Work with respective budget owners for preparation and analysis of Opex budget and follow up with variance analysis.
