Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Do “Whatever it takes” to meet or exceed our customers' expectations in compliance to OTD 95%.
• Coordinate flow and documentation of export procedures.
• Assist & Support in all shipping import/export activities which deem necessary.
• Be aware of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 procedures and policies.
• Project improvement as required.
• Responsible & Oversee Outbound activities such as:
• Physical Shipment verification (shipment box labels/shipping documents) and shipment release to forwarder
• Send booking confirmation to nominated forwarder for shipment under Ex-works & FCA/FOB
• Monitor shipped shipments based on Fedex/DHL pending list
• Resolve and reply to queries from Courier/customer/Forwarders.
• Co-ordinate & Send shipping documents to forwarders/courier express for custom declaration before cut‑off time.
