Responsibilities

• Manage all sourcing, purchasing, logistics and project coordination activities and resources for the supply chain group in Laval.
• Work collaboratively with Key Account teams to provide requested information, ensure customer requirements are met and projects are delivered on time to meet customer needs.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to optimize costs, quality, and delivery performance from suppliers.
• Measure and report supplier on-time delivery, cost savings and cost of quality.
• Ensure sourcing and operational activities adhere to ethical standards, legal requirements, and company policies, promoting a culture of integrity and accountability within the organization.
• Drive productivity gains (cost savings) to improve project and service margins through negotiations and competitive bidding, minimizing defects and delays.
