Key Tasks
Own inbound supply execution end-to-end for assigned categories across APAC - keeping product moving on time and at optimal costManage purchase orders and shipping schedules in SAP and/or D365 (and trackers), ensuring accurate quantities, dates, and notes throughout the PO lifecycle.Maintain shipment visibility (ETD/ETA + status) by following up with suppliers, carriers and forwarders to keep timelines confirmed and current.Proactively expedite and resolve exceptions.,Identify at-risk or overdue orders early, escalate where needed, coordinate recovery actions, and close out issues to protect customer commitments.Coordinate freight and inbound logistics decisions (mode, route, consolidation) to balance service, cost and lead time.Ensure documentation and compliance readiness - commercial invoices, packing lists, AWB/BL and country-specific requirements are complete and available to prevent clearance del...
