Job Description
Provide Level 2 and Level 3 application support for Blue Yonder, WMS, TMS, and related supply chain systems.
Manage BAU incidents, service requests, root cause investigations, and problem resolution activities.
Monitor application performance, identify system issues, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and external vendors.
Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for system enhancements and process improvements.
