Job Description
Overseeing importation procedures of inbound shipments, and responsible for maintaining the operation and method locally with the forwarding agent and import broker.Liaising closely with forwarders, distributors, and other external vendors to ensure requirements and services are performed to KPIs accurately and tracking shipments.Liaising with an external logistics provider for any export shipment needed (claimed, product return, and complaints product).
