The function aims

to ensure supplier quality through technical inspections, process evaluations, and document reviews.

Main tasks

• Conducting technical inspections and acceptance tests at the supplier's site
• Control and monitoring of manufacturing processes, welding, turning, painting, etc. directly at the supplier's site.
• Monitoring compliance with specifications, drawings and quality requirements
• Review of quality documents during on-site inspection (certificates, test reports, welding documentation, NDT reports)
• Identifying deviations and tracking corrective actions
• Preparation of structured inspection and acceptance reports in English
• Close collaboration with engineering, purchasing and quality in Switzerland
• Support in supplier qualification and development
