Job Description:
Assist in presales activities, such as:
- Prepare Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA with ready templates)
- Drafting standard proposals
- Conduct product demonstrations and address queries on products
- Prepare quotations for review and approval
Assist in post-sales / operational activities, such as:
- Manage products and product partners
- Monitor billing cycles and prepare billings to clients
- Research, evaluate and recommend new products and services
- Plan and execute lead-generation activities / events
As core Tech Team member:
- Handle IT asset inventory, including tracking, updating, and maintaining records of IT equipment and software licenses.
