We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Substance Use Outreach & Engagement Practitioner to join our dedicated team in Middlesbrough.

This role provides flexible, trauma-informed support to people affected by substance use, many of whom face multiple challenges including housing issues, mental and physical ill health, offending behaviour, and social exclusion.
