SUPPORT ENGINEER

Location: Qatar
Language: Arabic (Mandatory)

Job Summary:
The Support Engineer will provide desktop and end-user support services, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth IT operations for users.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide desktop and end-user support.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
• Support Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Resolve user issues within agreed SLAs.
• Maintain IT asset and support records.

Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of desktop support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills.
• Experience supporting Windows OS and Microsoft 365.
• Fluent in Arabic.
