Position Summary

Support Engineer SAP PM/SM (remote, Brazil). Responsible for level 3 support for SAP applications (SAP CO, SAP PM, SAP SM). Deliver remote‑based support for mission‑critical SAP applications as part of a global customer support team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 3 support across incident management, problem management, service requests, enhancements, and small projects.
  • Analyze bugs and defects in production environments and resolve them within SLA timelines.
  • Replicate issues, coordinate with technical developers and module consultants, and test bug fixes.
  • Coordinate with business users for testing and ensure thorough documentation of root causes.
  • Workarounds for high‑priority tickets and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Document service request management, master data changes, and configuration changes.
