We are seeking a Support Engineer to join our service team, providing both administrative support and hands‑on technical assistance for business equipment and smart office solutions. This is a permanent role offering exposure to on‑site service operations, customer support, and enterprise office technologies.
Working Location: Harbourfront, Singapore
Working Hours: Monday - Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Service Manager, including preparation of weekly and monthly service reports .
- Process meter billing and ensure accurate and timely updates in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the Customer Service team to support daily service operations and job scheduling when required.
