Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers regarding various technical issues.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues or product questions via phone, email, or chat
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify customer needs and provide suggestions for product improvements.
- Conduct product trainings for customers and internal teams to promote understanding and usage of the products.
- Ensure quality assurance standards are met by testing new software releases and updates.
- Track and manage inventory levels of digital products, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely deliveries to customers.
- Handle equipment checkout and return processes, including scheduling and coordinating repairs and maintenance as needed.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks
