Summary The incumbent serves as a Support Services Specialist in the Support Services Division. In this capacity, the incumbent serves as a point of contact for internal and external customers on operational matters, and exercises program responsibility. Responsibilities Specific duties are as follows: Provides input for efficient utilization of space to include floor plans and design, ensuring proper cubicle design and required infrastructure. Provides property management services including facilities, trouble calls, conducting inventories, and disposing of excess property. Responsible for the day-to-day functions of the fleet management program by documenting authorized operators, scheduling utilization and maintenance and submitting required reports.
