What You’ll Do
- Provide hands‑on and remote technical support for airport infrastructure, including endpoint devices, printers, kiosks, and self‑service technologies.
- Diagnose and resolve technical glitches under pressure, collaborating with internal teams and third‑party suppliers to minimise operational downtime.
- Support the rollout, configuration, testing and validation of new airport technology deployments and software upgrades.
