As a Support Worker with integratedliving, you’ll provide practical, person-centred support that helps clients live safely and independently in their own homes. You’ll work with a diverse range of clients, building meaningful connections while supporting their daily routines and independence.

Position Details

• Role: 2 x Permanent Part-Time Support Worker
• Minimum contract hours: guarantee 40 hour per fortnight
• Availability: Monday – Friday. Shift 1: 7am - 3pm & Shift 2: 12pm - 7pm
• Location: Travelling across Ballarat, ideally you live within 15 km around Ballarat.
