When you’re balancing study, family, or other commitments, we may be able to accommodate your availability based on the care needs in our community. You’ll support tāngata with their individual care needs and daily living activities — no qualifications or prior experience required. Your role is to provide safe, respectful, person-centered support in people’s homes, including being mindful of what matters to them, their culture, values, beliefs, routines, and boundaries.
