As a Supvy Government Information Spec, you will serve as the Director, Privacy and Civil Liberties, functioning as the Department's senior authority responsible for the overall leadership, direction, and oversight of Treasury-wide PCL programs and activities. Responsibilities As a Supvy Government Information Spec, you will: Provide top-level leadership for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Treasury-wide privacy and civil liberties programs, ensuring compliance with the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended; the E-Government Act of 2002; OMB guidance; Executive Orders; and all applicable Federal statutes, regulations, and policies governing privacy, data protection, and civil liberties.
