Job Description

An SMT (Surface Mount Technology) operator or technician sets up, operates, and maintains automated machinery—such as pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, and screen printers—to mount electronic components onto PCBs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Monitoring production
• Troubleshooting defects
• Ensuring quality control
• Performing or assisting with equipment maintenance to meet assembly schedules
