Coordinate the clinical encounters of patients, including clinical appointments, authorizations and surgery scheduling. Will serve as primary administrative contact for patients, facilitating patient needs with care team. Ensures optimized clinic schedule for providers, including template management, guidelines and working with Medical Assistants to ensure patients are scheduled appropriately. Works closely with Revenue Cycle Operations to facilitate both authorization and co-pay/co-insurance notification and collection.
Qualifications:
Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent Work Experience and Additional Information • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a clinical setting - Required • Background in medical field, e.g. MA, etc. – Preferred
