Shift: Monday-Friday

7:00am-3:30pm

Prepare and maintain sterile field for surgical procedures

Scrub and assist physicians during ENT and ophthalmology cases

Anticipate surgical needs and ensure proper instrumentation is available

Maintain strict adherence to sterile technique and infection control protocols

Collaborate with OR team to ensure smooth case flow in a high-volume setting

Job Requirements:

Job Requirements:

Certified Surgical Technologist (NCCT or NBSTSA REQUIRED)

Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program

Proven experience scrubbing cases independently

Strong knowledge of sterile technique

ENT and Eye Experience
