JOB DESIGNATION Surveillance Coordinator Job Summary The coordinator will be part of the Healthcare-associated infections (HAI) Surveillance team at the National Centre for Infectious Diseases (NCID). The coordinator will work with the team to conduct thorough and systematic surveillance of infectious disease prevention and control among healthcare institutions with feedback mechanisms to promote improvement of care delivery through reduction of HAI in Singapore. Main Duties And Responsibilities Surveillance and Data Management Conduct comprehensive HAI surveillance, including antimicrobial utilisation surveillance, across public healthcare institutions (acute and community hospitals) and long-term care facilities in Singapore. Review case notes and collect clinical and epidemiological data for entry into surveillance databases.
